I was originally skeptical that a non OEM product would work as well as the original, but this head strap works just fine. P.S. Putting a little bend in the plastic piece that it attaches to, with a heat gun, made my mask seal a lot better.

This head strap is terrible. I bought it thinking it would be a cheaper replacement to my resmed gear that wore out after 4 years of wear. I was wrong. The velcro on this headgear refuses to stay put. The hook and pile are both nearly nonexistent. The straps for the forehead come undone all of the time in the middle of the night. The top strap is too large and is useless at keeping the gear higher on your head. I'm regretting not buying resmed. This strap is useless.

Needed a quick replacement of APAP supplies. Found these reasonably priced straps. The are designed differently as the original ones but the price for 2 is unbelievable. The what that it is designed to fit the back of the head is the main difference. I find that it fits better on my head and sturdier because of the larger coverage. The straps are adjustable. Will likely get these online instead of my DME supplier from now on.

Ordered it to fit my husbands Resmed machine/hose. It was a perfect fit.
