My computer was only working for about 30 minutes when it wasn't plugged in so I knew I needed a new battery. My computer repair friend suggested I look online since our local battery store didn't have any batteries in stock (my laptop is old).I found this battery and it works great! It is also about 1/3 the cost of batteries in stores. Shortly after purchasing, I got an email from the seller saying if I had any issues to contact them and they would help me. It's always nice to know that customer support is available.I did not need any customer support as the battery snapped into my computer easily and it works great! I am very happy with this product! Hopefully the battery will last for what's left of my computer's life! I highly recommend this battery and this company!

This battery will give you the best life for a few reasons. Its the largest available for a laptop, but also is thicker than the standard battery that is flat and keeps your laptop right next to the surface that you are resting on. By raising the laptop back up, the air flow is greatly improved which lowers your laptop temperatures and battery temperatures--- increasing the life of both. This is the only battery that I would buy in the future. All laptops should have these as standard. And this supplier has top quality and battery life.

Considering the cost of this battery it was a great deal. It charged perfectly without any updates to the laptop. Once charged it ran for over 5 hours of constant use without the need to recharge. I don’t recall the original factory battery ever giving that kind of runtime. With double the cells there needs to be a larger footprint so there is a bulkier battery. The bump actually puts a nice tilt on the laptop and the rubber feet on the battery keeps the laptop firmly planted.

Purchased this battery for my dell N5110 laptop and used it a couple of times. There was an issue with the screen afterwards and I put it aside and removed the battery. I recently got aroubd to fixing the screen and installed the battery. The battery meter says plugged in (charging) but it stays on 0% i have tried everything possible to get it to charge but nothing has worked. Quality of the battery is very poor. Extremely disappointed. Did not even use the battery more than 5 times when I put it away.

We ordered this as a replacement battery for our Dell Inspirion. It fit into the battery slot without any problems and has worked well for us. There is a slight problem in that it is not exactly the same shape. The battery part is okay. But there is a long "foot" that keeps the laptop from laying flat. The rear is elevated, so the ergonomics are different.

An outstanding battery for my Dell 17 laptop. I compared its milliamperes to the original battery, and found that this battery had significantly more amperes. That should point to a longer battery life, though I haven't empirically verified it as yet. It seems to be working extremely well, and I like it very much. Highly recommended!

I didn't realize just how badly my old battery operated until purchasing this replacement. No more keeping my laptop plugged in constantly, as the life of this one lasts 5hrs-probably more, I just plug it in out of habit after 5. Excellent product, excellent price! Highly recommend!

Me dell internal battery had been dead for some time . I had net wanted the expense of dell replacement. This was reasonable. Installed easy. Has a bump to keep laptop cool. I normally keep it plugged in so haven’t had occasion to see how long the internal last now. But at least I’m safe if power goes out or need to take on road
