Really good product. I would like it to be a little longer as I have a long Torso.

I gave this Waist Trimmer to my husband and he is really pleased wearing it. He has been using it for about a month to exercise. In addition to making him sweat, he feels a lot of support on his back.This Waist Trimmer has motivated him a lot during his weight loss diet because he has seen that his measurements have decreased.

When I was trying to figure out what size to order, my waist measurement was close to medium but right at the large size. I figured if I was at the beginning of large and wanting to go down in size I should get medium. So I ordered medium.... I was thinking wrong. With the medium, sometimes I feel the velcro pocking me. I didn't realize that the extra straps can tighten the trainer so much more. ( to as little or as much as you want) Either way it feels good and not constrictive. This waist trainer feels very supportive as well. The only thing I noticed that I didn't like to much was the bottom part under the extra straps folds up when you are sitting down.

This belt is excellent to sweat off extra water weight around the midsection. It fits better than other brands and doesn't come apart while using it.

This waist trainer is a durable non absorbent material with industrial Velcro. However, be prepared to perspire with this item. It has great stretchability and wearability.

The media could not be loaded. Must buy! I was looking into buying a waist trainer mainly for back support when working out since I injured my lower back. This has helped me sooo much, it allows me to go heavier on my weight with releasing tension off my lower back. It also is super comfortable to wear and doesn’t chafe on my skin since I typically just wear it with a sports bra. I’m excited to see if it’ll help shrink my waist as well! I like to wear it when I am doing my classes online as it helps my posture. Amazing for the price. Size medium fit me perfectly and I love how they included a measure tape to track progress. I would recommend!!

I wore this during a LIGHT cardio on the treadmill workout 3 times total. After the third I noticed the unravel of thread where one of the metal bones are. So now, I either remove the metal bone and not gain that support I bought this for, or take to a seamstress to have this fixed only for the possibility for the same thread or another coming loose. Perhaps bones should stay within corsets? Either way, I don’t feel like I got much benefit out of using this product only 3 times. I would not recommend.
