Installed it on my son's civic, then the hub, the quick-release, and the steering wheel. Works great, forgot to take a pic though, sorry. If you have a honda with an aftermarket steering wheel or with a quick release, you NEED this if you want a working horn with a quick release. It came with 2, so the other one is going on my civic which hasn't had a working horn for quite a while.

This is needed for your horn to work if installing an NRG short hub on a 1995 Acura Integra.

Unnecessarily expensive but works
Way too expensive for what it is but works as expected and it’s still half the cost of OEM so can’t really complain. It’s not that hard to fabricate up your own or wire your horn another way, though.
