Wall Mount Range Hood 36 inch with Ducted/Ductless Convertible Duct, Kitchen Hood Stainless Steel Chimney-Style Over Stove Vent Hood with LED Light, 3 Speed Exhaust Fan, 450 CFM

As a house flipper, I am always looking for a good marriage of price and quality. This hood fan gets the job done, and looks stellar.

The media could not be loaded.  I bought this range hood towards end June. It works perfectly, great extraction fan. The suction CFM is sufficient to meet daily cooking and I feel it is of better quality and less expensive than my previous one installed by the builder. My contractor installed it and said it was easy to install. Most importantly, it produces less noise. No complaints here. I am very happy with this purchase.

Easy to install. We come a long way since range hoods 10 years ago. The motor is smaller than my old one I removed so it is a bit weaker but only by a bit. It held up 2 toilet paper squares when on. Maybe I'm expecting too much?

I hired a contractor to remodel my kitchen entirely, so I needed new/modern appliances as part of the project. I purchased the range hood with LED display panel and mesh filters and what a great choice I made! I asked my contractor about his experience installing the hood and he said everything was clear and it took him less than an hour to install it and then another hour to test the duct/outside ventilation. The stainless steel is gorgeous and matched the other appliances I purchased separately. The operation of the hood is very good, considering I can change the speed fan and it will help me to remove the smell out of the kitchen without any issue. Further, the light of the hood is helpful when more illumination to the cooking area is required and cleaning the mesh filters after several uses is easy as well, considering they can either be hand-washed or placed in the dishwasher.

Update to below: The manufacturer contacted me and provided a full refund. So at least they stand by their product. Still only giving it 3 stars as the hood has nowhere near the suction power needed for even basic cooking. But if your cooking doesn't produce much smoke or steam, then it's a good option as it looks really nice when installed with the low profile.Original Review:I should have never ordered this. It arrived fine with no damage to the box, but a few months later when I finally got around to installing it, there was a deep dent in the front of the unit. Had to have happened during manufacturing as there was no way to cause it during shipping. But they still sold it. And by the time I noticed it, it was too late to return. Then on top of that, the suction is terrible. Even at full speed and an open window 5ft away , it barely works. I'll see steam go up and around the unit as if it's not on at all! The ducting does a 90 degree bend and then right outside, so it's not as if there's any real airflow resistance in the exhaust either. While I have no way to measure the air flow, I could measure the motor load. The motor uses 77 watts at full speed. My replacement 450CFM hood uses more then double that at its lowest speed! So don't waist your money and spend a little more for a hood that actually does what it's supposed to, which is vent!

I’m still working on our kitchen, but for now all work good and easy, time and use wil decide the longevity of the motor.

The media could not be loaded.  I installed it as ducted. It looked great and then we turned it on and the whole house was vibrating and the fan was making a crazy noise?!? What happened? I ordered a replacement and the same thing happened. It appeared to be working until I turned the stove on. I have no idea, but it seemed like the heat made the fan malfunction. DO NOT WASTE your time with this prouct.

Had a slight issue with the protective film. However the fan works great and looks great. Easy to install. The seller did address the protective film with me. They are very professional and helpful. I would recommend

Came with the wrong mounting hardware and instructions only in Italian and for a completely different model as well. Only good thing about it is the fan seems to provide decent suckage and the light sucks too.
