Used these the majority of my pregnancy after trying to use the gummy prenatal. This did not leave an after taste. I also took it at best time and never experienced an upset stomach like I did with other prenatal. They are a gel cap while I appreciated and did not smell awful

Bought these towards the end of my pregnancy and still take them in postparum and breastfeeding. It's two soft tabs that's easy to take and the coat is slightly sweet with no smell. I believe it's doing everything it needs to do and don't have any issues. I know the biotin is working because my nails are growing very very well. Never had any nausea with this but i didn't have any issues with prenatals period. Great price and I recommend.

To be fair, I am not pregnant, but I do take these to meet certain deficiencies I have.I love these! Good ingredients, and all the vitamins and amounts of them in these are perfect for me! I couldn't find anything as perfect as these. Not too much vitamin B like others have (which is good to help pregnancy nausea, but not if you aren't pregnant... lol), but has good amount of cholecalciferol, and good amounts of iron! I love these!Also, for having fish oil, they aren't huge and have no bad fishy odor (Haribo gummy bear for size reference 😂) No horrible fish aftertaste, and they are easy to swallow as they have a nice coating on them 👍I will likely need to take longer to feel full effects in case of side effect, but for the little while I have taken them, I love these! I like these prenatal and feel the provide a great source of vitamins for me. I only gave 4 stars because they do cause some constipation for me but I do have a sensitive stomach.

Love that there are no dyes, no fishy taste or smell, and they are not huge! Still taking them while breastfeeding!
