Very impressed!
I am so impressed with this window film. I installed it on our bathroom window this afternoon. The process was quicker than I thought it would be. I took about 15 minutes cleaning the window thoroughly and prepping materials (pre-trimming the length of the window film, unsticking the corner of the window film, etc). The installation itself went quickly and took maybe another 15 minutes, including pushing all the water out and trimming all the edges with a razor blade.I've never installed window film or contact paper or wallpaper before, so reading reviews on different window films made me a little nervous. But the one I chose (the textured frosted glass look with faux lead glass lines) was incredibly forgiving due to its thickness and texture.I'll follow back up if I find out in the next few days/weeks that it's not staying up, but so far so good.Note: I used distilled water in a spray bottle to get the window really wet before installation (I didn't have any baby soap on hand or I probably would've added a little to the spray bottle as recommended). I bought a kit with the small squeegee accessories and a precision razor, but I think using an old credit card or ID, paired with a plain old straight razor blade, would work just as well. In fact in the end I used a regular razor blade and it was far more efficient. As far as privacy goes, it's perfect. Today is a sunny June day and the light that comes in is beautiful. It obcures everything outside our window, and adds the privacy we need with our next door neighbors having a window almost directly across from us.Hope this helps! And I'll follow back up if there are any issues down the road.

Very Pretty Window Film
I really like this window film - it is beautiful. I put it on my bathroom window, and installation was easy, but I have to say it does not offer the level of privacy that I was looking for. When the lights are on, it is easy to see from the outside if someone is in the bathroom and if they are clothed or not. I can think of many situations where it would not matter, but I was looking for more privacy than that. I love the rainbow colors and patterns on the window, so I just put a little curtain on the window to cover the lower half of the window. It does allow plenty of daylight into the room, which is a big plus for me.

Good for privacy
I live in an apartment where half of the units windows are eye level with the ground so I needed to find a solution for privacy while also still getting the most light possible... I settled on this because of the design/ rainbow prisms cast by sun, the privacy, and nighttime function.I was slightly worried that people outside would still be able to see our silhouettes inside but surprisingly it just shows a slightly darker color where theyre standing, even if they’re really close to the window. You can’t make out much more than that and even at nighttime with all the lights on inside, you can’t see anything other than colors from the outside. Not in this product listing specifically, but in many others I saw people complaining that the film just fell off the window so they were completely useless… 🤦🏻♀️. Omg… so ridiculous… that means they didn’t remove the film before applying it OR they failed to follow the ONE other direction of using soapy water (lots! As much as you need. And spray it on the actual film first also to make it much softer/ easier to work with) . There’s no possible way that could be the case if you can follow these two directions and you own a flat edged something like a scraper or a card. The only thing I had issues with was trying to trim the edges with an exacto knife as I kept accidentally cutting the foam strip that lines my window. I realized after the 1st window, if I pre-cut the film as precisely as possible that (derr) obviously makes a massive difference but also if you press the scraper up to the edge of the film where you want to cut and run your knife along that, instead of trying to run the knife along the window frame, it’s much easier and comes out MUCH more precise , plus saves the window seal.AND after spending hours figuring all these things out and finally successfully applying to all four massive windows around my bedroom, I woke up expecting to see beautiful rainbows cast all around my room, but instead found all the films CRUMPLED UP ON THE FLOOR! My DESTRUCTIVE toddler had woken up early, decided HE didn’t think those should go there, and evaded his dad long enough to take them all down. Idk how he even managed to find a way to pull them off… They were lined up perfectly because I KNEW this would happen. BUT of course he worked at each one until he figured it out (Saw the little sh*t in the act on camera lol) Sooo I can positively tell you that his dad is fired, but also these films are reusable and even if they get mangled they’ll soften back up and will go on JUST as well the 2nd… and 3rd… and 4th times around… until eventually you just put them away and tell yourself you’ll try again next year? Sigh.. 😒Hopefully this helps someone!

Hides ugly shower and most of its sins 😫
Great solution for an ugly shower! I have this horribly ugly shower in my basement that I needed to make presentable for guests when they use our pool. We plan to remodel this small bathroom down the road but it isn't in our budget at the moment. In the meantime this cling film hides our ugly shower walls and it's clutter well enough that I'm not embarrassed when guests come to visit like I used to be. I'll update if I notice any peeling.

Easy to install
I am so glad I did this purchase. I did my sliding glass doors and it has made a huge difference in keeping my kitchen cool. I wish I had done it a lot sooner. It was easier to install than I thought. I am not crafty at all and I am a senior so if I can do it anyone can. I can’t wait to see how it helps keep heat in the winter.

Window Cling
The window cling was easy to put onto the window. It stays put. Its patterns catch the first light of the morning sun and it scatters colors on the walls of the room. Even with the curtains open, it provides excellent privacy during the day. It was a good purchase.

Pretty but Pattern Inconsistent
I would really love this but the pattern isn’t consistent in size so you are unable to match it up if your window is too big. I bought a long roll so I could do a large window but the pattern doesn’t match up! There wasn’t a size wide enough so I thought I would be able to do two pieces. Would work great if it fits your window without needing two pieces.

Difficult to cut but not horrible
Difficult to cut even with a sharp blade but elevates the look of the window quickly and for a cheap price. It does keep the sun out as well.
