Business Communication Process & Product 5th edition Hardcover – January 1, 2005

Despite the title of the product this book, in e format, does not contain a MindTap Acess code. Which was the whole reason I wanted to buy the book. Waste of $130, which I am having refunded. If you just need the code, get it from MindTap, this will put me behind in my class.

The book was what I needed for class. Amazon screwed up though. The rental due date is the day before my open book final and whenever I tried to extend the rental I ran into nothing but system glitches. Also you can't print the return label from the Amazon app.

I really enjoyed using this book for my Business Communication course. The content was up to date and relevant with great examples and info graphics. I rented this textbook and it was pristine condition. I wouldn’t mind buying this book to have on hand for future references.
