As described
Exactly as described. Note these are labeled and sold for ATF use. If you need fingerprint cards for other uses you may need to be careful as the OTI field is prefilled here (as it should be) but for other uses like FBI fingerprint checks that is not ideal. Overall exactly as described and works fine.

Great Quality, Clear Printing, Official Legal Document
I recently ordered these FD-258 fingerprint cards for some legal paperwork, and they were exactly what I needed. They're the newest 2025 version, which is important for compliance. They're made in the USA with clear printing and easy-to-follow instructions. The 10-pack provides enough cards for multiple uses or mistakes. They're standard ATF ORI cards, so they work for official purposes.Pros:- Newest 2025 version for compliance.- Made in the USA.- 10-pack provides ample supply.- Standard for official fingerprinting.Cons:- Specific use case, not for general purchase.- Requires proper ink and technique for clear prints.

ATF Fingerprint cards - exactly as described - spent money to save time - well worth it for me!
Exactly as described.Ordered these to replace a card that got dirtied up.I could’ve ordered some more from the agency for free but I would’ve had to wait at least a week or two longer.Time was of the essence so the $5 “charge/fee” was well worth it to me.These are the actual extra heavy card stock cards used for submitting fingerprints to the ATF.These have been labeled and sold for ATF use. If you need fingerprint cards for other purposes, you may need to look elsewhere since the OTI field is prefilled here for ATF usage. But overall, these are exactly as described (i.e., the correct size, color, paperweight, card stock), and are worth the price if you’re time-constrained … and if you’re like me and messed up the first set.
