The Your Good Health Co—Drift + Dream Oral Drops arrived as described and look just like the advertised photos.These drops are a great supplement to my night time routine, they contain fantastic ingredients which I won't get into as I recommend you do your own research.I feel after I take these I sleep better and have better quality sleep. The product comes in a dark amber glass bottle with a glass pipette to dispense the product. It comes with full instruction of how to use, the amount and how to store.Overall fantastic quality, I would recommend!

While I like mint it certainly is an odd one, still nice to me though and understandable given its dual purpose as it also 'needs' to mask the taste that would be left over from some of the ingredients this uses (likely the ashwa). It combines ashwa, chamomile, hops and theanine (plus a bit of vitamin b6) in order to better help you sleep if taking somewhat before bed. The dosage may see small if compared to other ashwa supplements but you don't need a lot for it to have an effect, in this case you only take 1ml per night resulting in a 50 servings assuming you get the right measure which is pretty good value. Could be worth trying if you feel you need a boost in your sleep quality and are a fan of mint flavoured things.

I got this product in a goody bag and thought I'd try it. It tastes lovely and works a treat. I've been waking up in the night due to menopause and this has really helped me relax and stay asleep. I ran out and started waking up again which is why I came on here to get more. I will be a regular customer from now on.

These are drops and taste pleasant.They come in a brown glass bottle with eye dropper dispenser for easy dosing.In the bottle you get 50 doses for the price of £14.99which seems fair value to me.This product has the benefit of chamomile, ashwagandha, hops extract and has a nice minty flavour.I struggle to get to sleep so do try to do relaxing activities before bed and I am adding this to my routine and hoping it helps.It is too early to tell as yet but I will keep using these drops .

I do feel as if these drops have helped me with my nightly sleep in that I have had much less disturbed sleep since I have started using them.The drops themselves are fairly easy to use, the bottle comes with its own glass pipette so that you can dose out the right amount each time, so the functionality of this is good, especially if you want to try and take your dosage quickly before bed.What I haven't particularly enjoyed is the flavour, these drops have a particularly sweet taste to them that I find unpleasant personally.Overall, I think they're a very good value for money given the price of similar products that I have seen on the market and you get a decent sized bottle of liquid for your money so the size is good.Overall, I do think it's worth trying this. If you are looking for something that would be an additional aid to you when sleeping, I certainly have found it to be helpful as far as I can tell.

I use ashwagandha frequently, to help with anxiety. It seems to help a little. This product represents a simple way to take this type of supplement - 1ml via a marked dropper. It tastes quite nice - a minty kind of taste but more complex than that. At time of writing it's about £15 for a 50 day supply - which is pretty average for this kind of supplement - I've had ashwagandha-based supplements as capsules and gummies that are cheaper and others that are more expensive than this.
