The media could not be loaded. Its very easy to work with. So far, I've not had any issues. If I had to compare it, I would say it's not quite half the thickness of the extra-thick chunky stuff. I attached a picture so you can get an idea. You will need several skeins if you're planning on making a considerable sized blanket. I've only used one skein so far and that's at a 108 count. I bought the 18 pack. So you see I have a long way to go. It comes in one package all vacuum sealed. Which is kinda cool. Its been squished down a lot so make sure you give it time to fluff up! Very important! Plus you can also just shake it a little from time to time to help it fluff back up too. I'm taking my time with this project but I'm anxious to see how it turns out.

The package was vacumed making the yarn very compressed. But also the rolls were not very big, I would have had to use twice as many to make my full size blanket. Not as fluffy as other yarns

This yarn is what the sellers product description is in truth. It easy to use and soft to touch. Thickness is also quality and reasonable priced at the time it was bought on prime days.

bought as a gift for my daughter to use as BULKY finger knitting yarn. She says is definitely NOT BULKY. Unable to use for the intended projects and had to trade off for more BULKY yarn. I was very disappointed in the quality. She said it was soft to the touch and pretty, but that was it. A waste of my money as far as I was concerned. I would have returned, but had shipped it to her up north & I am way south so not worth the expense.

Once again Amazon quality is disappointing and misleading. I’m keeping it but it isn’t blanket weight. It also comes compressed in plastic so it takes a while for the yarn to fluff. Even after it fluffs it’s still not very bulky. Also it’s very cheap looking.
