I am so excited about this purchase. It deserves more than 5 stars! I am beyond impressed with the quality of the materials, and the construction of this carrier. The pictures and description of the carrier are very accurate; although I think it looks even better in person.I do not know who designed this carrier, but they thought of everything. Firstly, it is very easy for me to carry by either the handles, or the shoulder strap. Secondly, there are so many ways for me to see, and access, my pets while they are in the carrier; making traveling with them that much more enjoyable. Making the carrier even better, is the price. I don’t know how they made it so affordable, but I am very happy with the amount I paid. I will definitely be recommending this carrier to others.

This was exactly what I was looking for! I got a new kitten, so I needed something to bring him to the vet and also it's good to have with my other two cats, I was in need of a new one. This zippers and locks and has a lot of compartments that come in handy. It's extremely well made and has an overall good look. I can fit my larger cat in here as well, and he's a good 23 pounds and does fit! It feels sturdy and the little bed inside makes it even more perfect for holding its shape! The bed inside can also come out and be washed if needed! Extremely happy with this!

Carrier is awesome - Customer service is excellent! The carrier is well made and perfect for our new little puppy who will be flying soon. He thinks it's his playhouse (I wanted for him to get used to it prior to flight). I had a small problem with the first carrier and the item was replaced before I even knew it. Customer service is more important than the product in some cases. I have to say they were the best!!

This bag is of pretty good quality. I like the hooks, snaps, and buckles on the bag. That was the main reason I purchased it was because the zippers buckle shut. My 14lb morkie fits in this and can spin around and lay down in it. We are flying in October so that will be the true test. The top of this bag was kinda deformed but that could be due to packaging. That will help as well when putting under the seat on the airplane. One thing I recommend is to air this bag out prior to use. It has a strong smell to it and while training my dog in it, he kinda absorbed the smell. Other than that, this seems like a solid bag for smaller dogs.

This travel kennel is "Excellent"!!! Great Quality and the features are well thought out for the safety with great air flow! It is super that I am able to see my Puppy from so many angles to make sure my Puppy is doing well... I just ordered another Bennie's Kennel!!!!

I bought this to bring a puppy home and have not used it yet. The carrier will fit under the seat for our plane ride home. It appears to be of good quality and nicely made. I zipped and unzipped it a couple of times and they work well. The mesh seems to be substantial, not flimsy at all. The carrier seems sturdy once it is zipped into shape. I did air it out a bit outside and that got rid of any smells from the packaging.The cushion is nice and soft. It is very attractive which is a bonus, but I chose this based on the number and locations of the openings and particularly liked that there is a small opening that you can get your hand into and pet the dog or give it a treat. I'm thinking that this will be a good way to bring the pup to the vet So based on how it looks and without having used it yet I will give it a solid 4 stars. I can update this after the trip.

Thought this looked good, but after three and a half months, it is falling apart. The clip to hold the shoulder strap broke on one side and one of the nylon rods that holds the top rigid is coming through and making a large hole in the mesh. I use the bag everyday with my 4-pound papillon so it needs to hold up. It is not abused, but it is used. I wrote to the company about the clip, no response. It is going into the trash where it belongs.

My dog never wanted to sit in any pet carriers and I felt like I had tried them all. When a friend of mine recommended this one, I figured it was worth another shot since I really need my dog to be able to sit inside a carrier since I commute on the subway a lot. I'm happy to say that after a couple of days of training, my dog has adopted Bennies pet carrier as his new home! He seems to love the fur on the bottom and even sleeps in it at night now! Looking forward to many easy commutes going forward :)
