Excellent cream. I’ve been using it off and on for years. But this tube came filled mostly with air. A ripoff.

I love this product. I used to think I liked the spray better but this works great also. I live in FL and wear flip flops everyday so my heels and soles of my feet get dirty, dry and rugged. When the pedicurist works on my feet with the pumice stone, they get worse because all they are doing is rubbing off the dry skin but doesn’t do anything to stop the problem. Zim’s will give you best option to make you heels and other parts of your soles baby soft in just a few weeks if used as directed. I bought the big pack of the cream and I use it every night. I used to sleep in socks to keep the cream on but it’s too hot in FL to do that. I will always buy more. I strongly recommend this product.

Amazingly fast and effective like none other - life-saver for healing dry, cracked, painful, irritated skin - great for all suffering from these symptoms (not only diabetic patients). This is my #1 choice which I will continue to use regularly as the ideal healing skincare product - I use it twice daily yet once should be sufficient. Tip: Socks After applying to affected area, wrap the area with Saran Wrap to promote deeper penetration and then use a pair of socks for alleviate product from absorbing into fabric. I like this product, but when ordering what looks like a nice big 8 oz tube, it is actually an 8 oz tube that only has 4 oz in it. It does say 4 oz on the package, but is a half empty 8 oz capacity tube. I bought 2 and transferred one complete tube into the other to fill it and not waste my shelf space. Very wasteful use of plastic, and seems a little like false advertising. Big tube, but half full. So, make sure you read that it is only 4oz!

This stuff is terrific for smoothing cracked heels and callouses. It doesn’t heal the cracks, but it does smooth them. The only thing is, you really have to use it twice a day. If you skip, your heels start to harden up and crack again right away. It works best after a pedicure when a heel smoother has been used. I also use it I conjunction with an Amope device.

A very good foot creme, but not as good as the original Zim's Crack Creme.
