Caro Landkaffee (Instant Cereal Beverage Powder) - 200g

I have been drinking this for many years as it is a healthy alternative to coffee. (It is great with alpro vanilla!).

I was very surprised as to how tasty this is. Sometimes I mix it with Lions Main mushroom powder, and it tastes better than mixing the shroom with coffee. Totally recommend.

As a former caffeine addict forced to give up on coffee due to having FMS/ME I was struggling to find a palatable drink so the Caro has been a good discovery. It does take a little getting used to, to begin with I found it bitter, but now that I have worked out my preference (pinch of Demerara sugar and a little full-fat milk) I greatly enjoy my mid-morning mug of Caro. If you're unsure at first, persevere, once you get used to Caro it is a really good coffee substitute.

I'm a big coffee drinker, I have at least 6 or 7 cups a day, at least 3 of them are bean to cup, not instant. Because I've was taking some medication which I could not have caffeine with, I decided to try this and it's been really good, it's kept me off the coffee but it didn't stop the caffeine withdrawal headaches, but after a week using this, I don't have any coffee at all, so I've already bought my second tub and will only have maybe one normal coffee in the evening now the medication has finished.

Tastes horrible, but no caffeine. Helped me kicking a nasty caffeine habit, but I won't be drinking more of this stuff.
