I read reviews before purchasing and purchased my usual size 9 in sneakers. I bought the denim pair. I feel that these fit true to size; however, they seem to be high around the ankles, because they rubbed the back of my ankle and ankle bones, even with socks. I took one star off from that and will return them since they bothered my ankles.

Love these athletic shoes. I have both black and denim. They are definitely not made for working out but are super cute and comfortable for walking,working and running errands. Someone also mentioned that the denim runs small. It does not. Get your regular athletic shoe size. I would imagine they might be uncomfortable for wide feet. Wish they had more normal colors, though… What’s wrong with a nice navy or a red brick?? 😀 These are actually more comfortable than the new balance ones.

The shoe is fine but they are narrow - the toe box is narrow - the images are deceiving because they look roomy in the toe box when you look at the images. I wear a 10 but I got an 11 (due to the suggestion of other reviews) and it was still snug around the toe box and I returned them. Also sole is hard and firm - not cushioned like other walking shoes. The pair they sent me had obviously been tried on by someone else and had a scuff mark on the white part of the shoe before I even tried them on which is fine but tells me that someone else also returned the same pair.
