For the month it worked it was great but then it stopped completely. It would beep when I turned it on and let me select my setting and then it would die and not do anything. I made sure it was charged and still nothing. Not worth the $$ since it broke so quickly.

I used this while walking and during times when just hot outdoors (concerts, art fairs, etc.). It really helps keep me cooler. Comfortable and not too loud.

I actually like this neck massager. It provides heat and massage to the areas where I need it. Unfortunately, it isn't easy to use initially because the only directions are in Chinese. You have to experiment to find the right settings. It's really too bad there isn't a translation but I've found the setting I like. I think it would have better reviews if there were directions in English.

Just vibrates. No massage. Fit is loose and you have to hold it to target spots.

1. Only instructions are printed in Chinese.2. They sent return label but looks like maybe going to China and the post office doesn't know what to do with it, so they rejected the package.
