This product is very effective at combating dry mouth at night. It is easy to use.

I am on a bunch of medications, all of which cause dry mouth. Mine became so bad recently whenever a few meds were increased, and the dry mouth was spreading to my throat. The sides of my mouth had been peeling everyday, it hurt to speak, and it hurt to swallow even the smallest pill, no matter how much water I drank.I tried the Biotene mouthwash, and it wasn’t very effective, especially for the throat side effects.THIS, however, is a LIFE CHANGER!! Within the first 24 hours of wearing these (so probably about three different applications), it no longer hurt to speak or swallow pills! The lining of my mouth has also stopped peeling.These attach to the sides of your molars, with the adhesive touching the molar/gum around molar and the medicated side touching your cheek. They last about two hours during the day for me personally and at least four hours at night (I wake up to pee, so I know if they’re dissolved yet or not).The adhesive does not irritate the gums or cheek lining. I do recommend alternating between applying them to your top molars and applying them to your bottom molars, so as to avoid some minor soreness.The flavor is really good. It isn’t as strong as a cough drop, but it isn’t totally flavorless either. The only downside is that you’re tempted to chew it sometimes lol.Super small and unnoticeable while you speak.Worth the money.You can’t eat while having these in. I tried. They come unglued. I recommend timing them in between meals.

Quick shipping, usually great product!I have severe dry mouth issues, and was thrilled to find these in a non-mint flavor. It tells you to attach two of these to one's gums at night. Tried that - fell off. Best place for me is inside your cheeks. They work whether attached or if they come loose. I use them most often after a restaurant meal or shopping. Also great when I forget something to drink in the car. Highly recommend Berry flavor, haven't tried others. Good moisturizing assistance and fairly long-lasting. Great price! About the size of an m&m.

These were recommended by my dentist and are a Godsend. Used to wake up numerous times a night with my mouth dry as a desert. Since using these, mouth stays moist for many hours and I don't wake up with my mouth stuck together.

I have tried multiple products and this is by far the best. 2-3 will get me through the night with relief from dry mouth.

For dry mouth especially, dentist offered a sample, was a already using the Xylatol mints, I prefer the Melts, they stay in place as the shape adheres to interior of cheek w/ a slight dome shape. I use one nightly.I wish the sample from my dentist > 4 tablets, tried immediately, took me a couple days to find availabilty & time to buy & purchase.

I like the mint flavor better than the orange but I would order the orange again if the mint is not available. I take medication that dries my mouth out considerable during the night. I was told about Xylimelts by my physician. They are easy to use and I don't wake up with such a dry mouth!

I have a cpap and it dries out my mouth which lead to cavities! I'm 51 and never had a cavitie in my life till I had a cpap. I use 2 to 3 of these a night to add saliva to my mouth so it don't rot my teeth any further. I buy these 4 bottles at a time. Sticks to the gums perfectly and won't accidentally swallow them. It lasts almost all night, that's why I sometimes use a third to finish the night out. I would recommend to push against the gums and count to 30 seconds for a all night fit. Would buy again!!
