This is my first attempt for time blocking. Its been 45 days since I started. I am discovering its potential. Most likely I will continue using the time block planner- Second edition - the wiro binding does help better usage. Thank you Cal Newport.

This is an excellent productivity tool. But it desperately needs one improvement: it need spiral binding. With the current binding the planner does not remain open flat on a surface, which is very inconvenient. Newport will agree with me, I imagine, as he himself has praised the spiral bonding of the daily planner that he has used since his student days. Without the spiral binding, it is not worth the money. Just use any plain notebook for time blocking.

Great quality, extremely practical and easy to use.I love the new spiral binder of the 2nd edition.Cal Newport delivers once again.

This is a great Planner with a long usage of 16 weeks. Highly recommend. He even has a useful video tutorial along with the instructions.

Ordered this package which arrived in a very timely manner but upon opening the package I was disappointed to see the corners on either end were already split and the spiral was bent out of the pages. Haven’t even checked the content yet. I was really looking forward to it and expected better quality based on Cal Newport’s description of the high quality spiral.

I bought it because i do like Call Newport's books.I expected a little bit more of guidance or more information about this method.In general it's actually a good book to plan your day.But honestly i don't use it everyday.I rather use my little black moleskine book.

This planner lives on my desk now and has substantially increased my productivity day to day as a university student! The act of planning my day the night before and time blocking my day makes me more motivated and has helped me to achieve all the goals/tasks I’ve set myself each day.Reading Cal’s blog and his book Deep Work helps a lot with the ideas and concepts for the planner and how to put the methodology into practice!If you are struggling to be productive and are procrastinating in the day this is a must have!
