Great aroma and taste
Most grocery store dried herbs are dessicated, oxidized, and lacking in aroma and flavor. This stuff is wonderfully aromatic, and adds plenty of flavor to any recipe calling for HdP. Four ounces is a lot - you'd have to be running a restaurant to burn through it in any reasonable time frame - so this is an infrequent expense where quality is worth paying for.

The media could not be loaded. This was MUCH better than I expected!!! This is a definite seasoning to have! Used it in my lamb shanks dish (crotpot situation)And was wonderful! Added other things of course, but I see this will be good for a variety of dishes! I also got their Mint leaves 🍃 and added some to the pot as well

You get a lot in the easy to use zip bag. Makes a delightful addition to soups roasts etc!
