I didn’t have high expectations being a magnetic board but boy was I wrong! These boards are game changers..no mess to clean up, perfect for travel, and they are learning pencil-holding skills. I’m so glad I took a chance with these!First off, the size is just perfect. Each board is 12x10 inches, which is big enough for them to get creative but not so large that it takes over the entire living room. And since it's a 2-pack, there's no fighting over whose turn it is – they each get their own. Peace at last!The magnetic drawing boards are super versatile. One side has lowercase letters, the other has uppercase, and then there's a side for numbers and a blank one for freestyle doodling. It's literally a mini classroom on a board. The ease with which you can flip between the different faces is great – just spin it around and you have a new activity. The kids have been practicing their writing without even realizing they're learning. Sneaky, right?The magnets work well, they stick on firmly, and I haven’t noticed any lose pieces or any pieces “stuck”. The freestyle board is a hit, too. With the magnetic pen, the little ones can draw to their heart's content and slide to erase it in a jiffy – no mess, no fuss, and no waste of paper or markers.Even though it's educational, they honestly think of it as playtime. That's the beauty of these boards – they're making learning fun. I won't lie, I've even caught myself sitting there drawing with them. It's pretty relaxing!Durability-wise, it's holding up nicely. Purchased this for my godson’s birthday and he absolutely enjoyed it. As a former educator it was inportant for me to get something that would not just help him learn but allow him to have fun too.

The media could not be loaded. I love this magnetic board, especially for helping kids learn the alphabet! It’s a great size lightweight and easy to move around, which my child loves. The magnetic pencil is super fun, and even I enjoy using it. It’s durable and keeps her engaged. The only minor issue is resetting the magnets it takes a bit of effort to push them down manually, but maybe I just haven’t found the trick yet! Overall, it’s a great value and very functional, so I’m happy with it!

I purchased one of these for my students (ages 9-11) to use during writing instruction and sensory time. I pull this out when I appear to be losing my students attention. It instantly gets them engaged or zeroed back in to our classroom. My students love this magnetic sensory toy. I ordered the black one and the toy has held up to frequent use. Quality construction and fabulous price. I actually ordered another one of these because it's so popular with my student's. So now I have two!

Bought these for toddler granddaughters to be used at church. Wanted to keep their hands busy. Quality items. Well pleased. A little noisier than expected. Not a problem per se - but if intended for church, keep that in mind. It’s not super quiet.

I do not like how easily the pen pops open and the magnetic ball and metal spring pop out. I have a 3 year old and a dog and too many times I’m having to drop everything I’m doing to find those two tiny pieces to make sure they don’t accidentally get in either of their mouths. My daughter is pretty good with not putting stuff in her mouth, but anyone who has a toddler knows all of a sudden a child may do something they don’t normally do cause they get a wild hair up their, but to do what ever! Same thing with my 4 year old pittie. I have to keep trying to remember I just need to figure a way to superglue it closed while still making sure the metal ball and spring can still function.

This toy is the coolest thing ever. I bought it for my autistic 3-year-old grandchild and he is obsessed with it. Everyone adults and children alike who see it get addicted to playing with it. Definitely five stars and I will be buying another one as a backup for the car and trips to Grandma's house.
