I am soaked!!! I bought this because I was having a lot of vaginal issues and I figured this would help lubricate things. Holy hell has it!! My discharge seems to be coming back to normal which is WONDERFUL and my cramps aren’t as bad. They do say cramps can come from lack of hydration or in this case, lubrication. I feel like my smell is normal again annnnndddddddd yeah. I like I like I like. 100% worth it! Wish I could show you my panties but idk if Amazon would allow that 😂 they are soaked!!

It does what it is intended for. I can tell a difference if I don't take it for a few days. I am on the upper end of 50s and this helps a lot.

Didn’t work for me

I don't know if this product works well or not because I am taking a lot of supplements and it is worth it to add this in the mix and assume it is having some good effect. It did not upset my stomach and according to the criteria amazon asked me about - yes its easy to swallow and doesn't have a flavor. My big problem came when I got a bottle that the capsules were all a nasty mottled brown that I knew was not correct. I poured a few in my hand and immediately found a busted capsule. (I didn't check to see if there were more busted capsules as this was enough for me). Amazon refunded me and suggested that I contact the manufacturer which I did, and I told them it had made me have doubts on the quality control of the product. I am in the USA and it was obvious that the customer service was not. They did not seem overly concerned with reassuring me although did give a one sentence line about how they did good quality. They asked for the lot number which was not where they indicated it would be on the bottle which was further concerning to me. In the end, I have decided to go with a different brand that I don't have nagging concerns about.

It was ok for a week but it was bothering my health so I had to discontinue using it.

I was skeptical but desperate. After having side effects from a surgery back in November. The vaginal dryness has been unbearable and affecting my libido. As it has been causing pain, and rawness. I have been on estrogen pills for months and started taking estrogen injections to try and regain some vaginal lubrication. Still no help. I read up on slippery elm and decided to give it a go. 2days in and I am already feeling and Seeing a difference. THANK GOODNESS. I am also looking into vitamin E suppositories. For anyone else out there struggling with vaginal dryness.
