I didnt order this for wheelchair use as nk one in my family is currently confined to a wheelchair. My husband has arthritis in his entire body & sometimes even "cushioned" chairs & seats - especially those in church - offers no comfort for him. He can't sit in them for long without his back & hips scream from the pain. I have been scouring Amazon for a cushion that would give him some relief from the pain. I came across this one & the 1st time he used it, he felt little to no pain. It's a wide cushion - which i understand since it's mostly used by those in wheelchairs - but it works in narrow chairs too. He loves the thick, comforting padding in it has. He hasn't used it enough yet to determine if it will keep it's padding. It's a very, very good cushion, the quality is top notch, it wasnt a cushion you had to let sit out for a few days for the flatness to absolve itself. I'm very glad I ordered it for him & that it performs as described & has not flattened out. When & if this ever wears out, I will order another 1.

Just what I was looking for. Great support and comfortable

wonderful cushion!! Only problem-- My husband is short legged and wheel chair bound.The cushion is thick and it makes him too tall. His feet cannot reach the ffloor to peddle himself around the house.

nice and soft to thick for a car.

I bought it for my kitchen chair. I am not disabled I believe it would work good for anyone Or anywhere. Might get one for my car.

The pillow does provide pain relief and is slip resistant which helps the quality is very good define a smart buy.

I'm nearly 300 lbs. It's not uncomfortable, but it squishes down completely when I sit on it. One on top of the other might be better for me, but I'm not willing to pay for another one of these.
