None of the ladder pieces lined up, there were no buttons supplied to cover the screw holes and the screw heads stripe to easy.

Look, the ladder is fine. But it came with these gloves! Like the kind of gloves you'd put on to handle a very old, very rare book. And then the instructions include no mention or image of gloves! If I'm supposed to use them while putting it together, well... I fingered them all up getting the pieces out of the package already, anyway! What do the folks who manufacture or package this product think we're doing with the gloves.In any case, I like the ladder. I like how easy it was to put together. I appreciate that you only need the little hex tool they send. And I admit I dropped the hex tool a few times. Maybe if I'd been wearing the gloves, that wouldn't have happened! lolol It's a fine blanket ladder. I've even got a blanket on it right now.The gloves, however, remain a mystery!

This ladder is super cute and easy to put together. I nightly recommend to add just some extra to the room. The directions are straight to the point and maybe takes 10mins to put together! Only gave four stars because I received one with cracks in the back :(

The screws to put the ladder together are too long and push right through the front of the ladder. If I back them out just enough to NOT poke through, then the whole rail is wobbly.This is a piece of junk. Not at all sure why they have so many good reviews unless they got shorter screws.
