Lovely product, perfect for cone more than stick

Looks nice and does as intended to release the aroma of incense cones. However, the top seems to leak the paint or oil coating when in use. So not completely sure about that but the product does as described and looks very beautiful.

This is a pleasent looking item .

Missing the incense stick holder, no option in being able to ask for the missing piece to be delivered.

Came with missing pieces and was totally broken in pieces even though the box was absolutely perfect the pieces came in. It was like someone had just emptied a lot of broken pieces in it.

Very nice quality -

No central hole to hold the stick vertically, tried it with the lid off sticking up vertically, it didn't catch the ash. Tried it at an angle using one of the lid holes, lid just floats and doesn't actually hold the stick in place. Looks pretty, probably great for cones and coils but useless for sticks.
