This protein blend is perfect for every day use after my workouts. Just protein and none of the unwanted junk. I’ve been using it for nearly 5 years now and wouldn’t switch to anything else.

I love this protein to make bread or cakes. I can’t eat it raw mixed with water or milk bc it gives me too much gas. If it’s going to be cooked, the. It’s fine. I like the coconut taste it adds to baking items.

I mix one scoop (1/2 serving) with one cup of Kirkland unsweetened vanilla soy milk using a mixing wand. I sometimes add 1/2 c of water to make it feel like more. It's 155 calories, but has the satiety factor I need to break my fast so I can take ibuprofen in the morning and get moving. There are a ton of high protein products out there, and a ton of low calorie options, but most of them fail for me because they lack the fullness factor (satiety) that you get from fiber and fats. This powder hits the balance perfectly for me with long-lasting energy until my noon meal.

In totally love this product! Fiber and protein wrapped in one. When I add a half banana or apple to it, it gives it enough sweetness. Also, when I blend with a half cup of milk or milk, it gives it a creaminess and consistency. I'd give it a five star based on the product itself. The only reason I give it 3-stars, is because Amazon is selling it at $18.83, when it cost $11 at Walmart (as of the day of the review) . So, if course I'm not buying it here.

the texture is pretty grainy when I blend this into smoothies. The taste is not ideal. However, it does what I need it to do-gives me the protein I need without animal products.

The taste is pretty good. I cook it (that may be odd) mixed with other stuff. It definitely has a plant-like smell to it. Overall a great company, Carrington Farms, from what I can tell. Great customer service. They answered for me whether this was made on equipment shared with dairy. if it is made on shared equipment, it is listed as a possible allergen : )

I was very excited to try this product as the ingredients are very clean! Usually , I put my powder in hot coffee every morning and double blend to make sure it’s blended completely. I don’t know what went wrong here but I takeA sip and it is SO chunky and gritty as it no powder blended or dissolved to the point where it gets stuck in my throat because of how dry the powder still is. Wish I could return because I will never use again. It made not only my throat dry but my entire mouth basically as if I just dry swallowed 2 scoops.

This stuff works great in my daily smoothie recipes. I only use 1 scoop instead of the recommended 2 scoops. It has no added taste or texture when blended well. I've seen a lot of ppl complain that it doesn't taste like coconut at all...this is true and its not suppose to! Its made from coconut, pea and pumpkin protein but no added flavoring or sweetners.
