Bought it for the second time, very useful

Terrible product. The user interface is antiquated and not intuitive. The printer quality is terrible and trying to set it up is a nightmare. I kept getting errors that the printer was not suitable to connect to the wifi then I saw it said that the printer is not capable of 5ghz band wifi even though it says that it is in the description and just all around was a terrible experience and I'm in the tech field so I can only imagine how someone who isn't as tech savvy would feel about this. I tried to print one label and was so frustrated and inevitably disappointed with the quality that it was basically unusable that i immediately packaged it back up and initiated a return. Save yourself the hassle.

Easy setup and user friendly to use!!! Prints fast!

The printer driver is full featured and has all kind of settings to adjust margins, offsets, print darkness, and print speed. I slowed down the print speed and even my cheap labels print flawlessly and really dark. It was able to detect where the labels end and the next one starts. This works great to print low cost postage from shipsaving or pirateship, etc.The "bartender" software is only a trial so I didn't bother with it. It came with drivers on a free USB drive but I downloaded them off the internet instead.I bought the USB + bluetooth model. Setting up for USB isn't too bad, but the bluetooth had a lot of manual steps to first set up a bluetooth COM port, and you need to watch a youtube video. Blame Microsoft for that. USB printing is immediate but bluetooth printing takes about 20 seconds to send the label over first.Note: the bluetooth on this is insecure because anyone can connect to it and print labels. There isn't a PIN code do protect it from pairing. A prankster could use up all your labels and print things. So if you are a business I would recommend only buying the USB version.I would highly recommend this printer because it has internal storage for a roll of labels, OR it has pass-through if you really want to use fanfold labels. But the internal roll is best because it keeps the dust off of them if you don't print often, and it takes less desk space.

Pretty easy to set up but it would be better if the print was darker. Also, the alignment when printing from Etsy is wrong and part of my label gets cut off so I have to make the label substantially smaller in order to see it all.
