Look cheap but they're not.
Will they take care of removing every fastener, no. But you won't find one tool that does it all either. This is a good tool, designed well, and works great. I recommend these for professional mechanics and DIYers.

Passable, but not great…
First off, this tool is very durable and soundly designed. That is, IMHO, the one issue I have with it. Let me elucidate, I purchased it to facilitate the removal of various body and trim panels (I wanted to ‘up my game’ a bit from screwdrivers and scrapers) and it arrived promptly. I examined it and all seemed well…it was, as previously stated quite solid and robust. The next day I set about removing the hood insulation on my SL500, inwardly pleased with this recent tool upgrade. I was about 11 seconds into the project when I realized that the end of the tool, the part that needs to slip twixt panel and body, was too thick to insert WITHOUT THE USE OF A SCREWDRIVER to open it enough to permit its insertion. Once in it works well enough, but it has added an extra tool requirement to the job. I’ll keep it, I’m almost certain that it’ll be handy someday for some unforeseen project…it is probably stout enough to pry nails, etc., but I think I’ll keep looking for a somewhat flimsier (but not too flimsy) tool for the aforementioned project. Wish me luck…

You need these.
Of your working on a modern vehicle that's held together with plastic push pins these are a must have. I use them literally every day.

Massively cheaper than others
All the edges are sharp right angles so I took a cordless hand sander to it, 80 grit, to round all the edges and make it more rounded and smooth. But yea its very nice. Hing is perfect, smooth opening and closing with no loosness or feeling of tighness. The jaws are maybe 3mm thick which keeps it tough but it is a bit thick for sliding into auto clips with which this was designed for. I may mill the jaws thinner. A grinder could thin them out too. But yea seem to work good. These stupid clips were never designed to be reusable. I have also been adding cloth electrical tape to the clips if they are interior to kill the possibility of creakes.

This is my new favorite tool
This is my new favorite tool. I recently did the Air Conditioning condenser on my 2013 Silverado, which involves taking apart a large number of plastic clips holding body parts, wires, cables, hoses, etc. These little pliers allow you to get under the plastic collars of all sorts of clips, and pry them out with very little fuss. I must have pulled 30 clips, and I was able to push them all back in without incident. I couldn't have been happier with their performance.

Awesome tool so far!!!!!!!!!
I love it and I wish I would’ve had this tool since I was 12. If the clip is stubborn it’s so easy to eliminate it instead of prying every where but loose!!!!!! It’s very impressive especially for the price!!!!! Thank you
