Inside our large hamper box you will find: Organic Falanghina Rami DOC (750cl) - This golden organic wine has good acidity and fine, delicate fruity notes. It is also suitable for vegans. Organic Chianti San Jacopo DOC (750cl) - A wonderful organic vegan Chianti produced from 100% Sangiovese grapes. Organic Pecorino Sardo DOP (200g) - Our organic Pecorino is a semi-matured, excellent quality artisanal cheese ade with raw sheep's milk. Parmigiano Reggiano DOP Aged 36 Months (150g) - Artisanally produced at 1000m in the Appenine Mountains, this wonderful, aged Parmesan is made from raw cow’s milk as all DOP Parmesan should be. Fontina (200g) This is a semi-soft alpine cheese from the Valle d'Aosta. It has a creamy texture and a sweet flavour which intensifies with ageing. Its colour varies from ivory to an intense hay yellow colour. Organic Gorgonzola DOP (200g) Creamier than Stilton, but just as strong, this Gorgonzola has an aromatic and intense flavour. Organic Taleggio DOP (200g) Shaped like a square slab, Taleggio has a thin, soft rind, naturally pink in colour. The body of the cheese has a uniform and solid consistency. it's a little crumbly in the middle. The flavour is sweet, slightly sour and a vaguely aromatic, sometimes with a hint of truffle. It has a characteristic aroma. This delicious selection of cheese, wine and sauces is presented in our large Silver Box (the cheeses are packed in a chilled box first) which is tied with a colourful ribbon.
