I can only say that I have less pain.

I’ve only taken this for a few days, but can already notice a difference in the amount of joint pain that I have. They have no fishy aftertaste or burps. Most impressive though, is the size and ease of swallowing. I do wish that they weren’t so expensive. Cons: They need to come down in price or increase the number of caps to last more than two weeks per bottle. I will probably not be able to afford taking these much longer, I am on a retirement income.

I just started taking these two, therefore, I cannot give a full review. I do love how easy and tiny they are too sallow. This alone is a big plus for me. And there is no awful taste. I will come back and give a full review as far as pain relief goes.

I give it a 5 star for the Omega XL only.The D3 has Safflower oil in it and that is an inflammatory ingredient so I do not use it.I do use the Omega XL and I no longer have pain in my hands.
