These are great quality, but I only received 11 instead of the 12 that the listing promised.

I ordered two packs of these flower frogs for my wedding and they worked pretty well for the most part but because they’re so small, they aren’t super sturdy and the arrangements would fall over often if they weren’t perfectly balanced.Also I ordered two packs of 12 and one of the packs only had 7 in the box so that was quite frustrating as I didn’t have the time to order more before my wedding and I also couldn’t figure out a way to contact the company and get a partial refund or anything.
