Many thoughts on life, choices and challenges that we face.Caused me to consider some things I take for granted.The author has a certain style.Having a degree in journalism he is eloquent.Being an officer in the Navy SEALs he will have given briefings and instructions on many occasions.The result is a crisp book delivering ideas in an economical style which is very human and clear.No grindingly long chapters, no waffle - very readable.

A smash hit for me! Lots of personal stories & historical references that are still applicable today. A just read for anyone aspiring to a position of leadership.

A great piece of wisdom

Straight to the point with a 3 hour Audio book. Doesn't need to be longer than this like others beating around the bush. Straight talking from a man who's had high levels of accountabilty and leadership roles. Very refreshing.
