These are great for hydration on really active days and also for bedtime on those nights I have one two many glasses of wine. They are refreshing and delicous.

The energy is excellent, the mango-orange flavor is different, is a little to much mango, I like orange best.

I keep a package of these handy if I ever need a lift. Just enough to ward off the sleepies when on a long drive or going out for the evening.

I've been taking Berocca for years now. It gives me my daily dose of vitamin C and boosts my energy. I could feel it too. I can't do without this.
