PDP Afterglow AX.4 Communicator for Xbox360 - Green

It works well for being the price. At first the how didn't work but later on it did. It works great for 7 year old.

Cheaper than GameStop and I love the set, it has a easy push button mute and Evey gamer will love its better quality n cheaper than other sets I've bought

First, mine looks a little different than the headset in the picture, mine doesn't have the stem off of the ear piece, it's a tear shaped rotating green LED backlit headphone with the logo on it. If you push on this, the microphone goes on mute, which is displayed by a red LED logo on the controller connection plug.The earpiece rotates on the axis with the mic, so it can be worn on the left or right ear. The headphone also has a volume switch on the bottom of it, so you can adjust between friends who speak too loud or too quiet.You do have to be pretty close to the mic for it to understand you properly, but it hears plenty well, if you're too close your voice will be lost in your breath. Lastly, the mic picks up backround noise fairly well, so if you have a fan running people will hear it.Some reviews say that they don't last very long, and I don't use mine much, but it still works as well as when it did when it was delivered. If it breaks in an unreasonable time, I'll edit my review.

GARBAGEI do not have another product to compare to, but when i buy a headset/microphone/LED product, I expect all features to work. Purchased in December 2012, it is the beginning of March 2013 and the blue LED no longer lights up and no audio from the speaker/earpiece. I work in technical support for smartphones, netbooks, mobile broadband devices, and computers, so I know a shotty product when I see one. Plugged the headset into another compatible 360 controller with brand new Duracells, no change.I am sorry that I spent a dime on this product for my son.*****Sincerely dissapointed

I got this as a gift and I was so excited because it looked so cool. I liked the idea of the blue light matching the halo edition xbox that my sister-in-law was getting for Christmas. She said it was comfortable to wear and a great fit. She thought that it was awesome but since the voice receiver was so far back you have to practically yell for the mic to work so that others can hear you. Which is a total let down. It is pretty pricey to not work as well as one would hope.

The product was an okay product because the size of the headband was small and the mic isnt as good because it happens to make a high pitch sound but overall it was an okay price because it should be like 5 or 8 dollars
