Cute, but expensive for no performance as expected. Not even NORMAL, so far.
Cute, but that's it. Already having problems with screen going off and on, AND TRIED ALL FIXES off Internet already. Will try for another day or so and see if it'll work normal; if not, returning. Again, great size, and I knew its performance is 1/3 of what I once had, but still want it to work properly. ESPECIALLY for the price. Could've got a brand new CUBOT KINGKONG of what I did have for less than the price of this.

Great phone, I wish I could buy another one but it's not longer available.
I didn't use the face nor fingerprint recognition but this device is capable of anything. The video and photo quality is excellent. I use Google Fi Service and I have never had an issue with this device. Even in low signal zones, my daughter and her boyfriend have the newest iPhones on T-Mobile and I get a stronger signal than they do. My grandson loves to play his games on grandma's phone and I don't ever worry about it because the case that this phone comes with is solid as well as the phone. I've dropped it once or twice and not even a scratch.

Not Compatiable with AT&T
Took the phone to local AT&T store and was informed Cubot Pocket was not compatible What a shame , its a nice phone !

Phone does not respond as it should
So far I am not Happy with this smart phone .

No refund or response for items returned in January.
I liked this phone, but it was not compatible with my carrier. Returned two items and my refund is still being processed. It didn't take a day to process my payment to purchase this. I have attempted to reach Cubot/Amazon for an actual, detailed response. Still waiting and tomorrow will be August 1st, 2023. How can any refund take this long?

Amazing little phone
I bought this thinking it wasn't gonna be that great bue i was so surprised how good it is. Is fast and snappy super light and cute. Comes with a clear case and a installed screen protector. It work great on tmobile but sadly I didn't get it to work on visible. That's not the phones issue it's vusisbke that they use specific devices. But I highly recommend this phone for anyone trying to step away from those huge phones. This is perfect working out, riding bike etc.

Didn't work in my area
I have tried many mini phones over the years and sad to say none of them work in my area. Would be really nice if they did.
