Help me to flat my stomac

This is a great little ball. I haven't blown it up to the fullest which allows me to hold it behind my knee, between my knees and to push it both sides with my hands, it is helping strengthen my muscles.

Good but doesn't come with a pump. Smaller than a Gym Ball, so doesn't take up as much room to store.

After blowing it up and finding I had blown it up to much , a gradual reduction in air I've found my suitable pressure, I was advised to do certain exercises by a nhs physiotherapist which I have been doing, it's a good gentle exercise ball that I can do on my back due to spinal stenosis. 6es I would recommend this and would buy it again. I recently purchased this yoga ball, and while I was excited to use it, I was a bit disappointed. After having it blown up for a week, I noticed that it isn’t a perfect sphere; it’s lightly misshapen, which affects its stability during workouts. When I try to use it for exercises, it wobbles more than I expected. On the plus side, the material feels durable, and it’s comfortable to sit on. I’m hoping it will eventually regain its shape, but for now, it’s not quite meeting my expectations. Overall, it’s an okay product, but I wish it had a more consistent shape.

This is huge, fairly thin, and it’s not perfectly round! It’s over 35cm inflated and a weird lumpy shape. It will probably still do its job but it is not as good quality it looks in the photo.
