Good value for money. I use it for panini and toasties. Mainly use the flat grill. Really fits breads and rolls of any size, easy to store and importantly very easy to clean, no hassle. Takes quite thick panini. You don't need to buy any special panini bread, it grills literary any bread even if I put chicken breast in.

Just what I was after. So far I've only used the waffle plates. Makes great large waffles. I'm a little bit miffed it was reduced in price after I purchased it.

Just tried out an egg and cheese waffle, it tasted very nice but thought it would be crispier. Down size - it took ages to reach temperature and just as long to cook, perhaps if I had left it in longer it would have been crispy, I just got fed up with waiting. Think this might a cupboard hugger, on the good side it was easy to clean.

We've had and used smaller electric waffle makers and this is just a larger version, where you are going to get the 1 stars vs 5 stars is that they just stretched the plastic outer case without making it tougher or strengthening the hinge so you are going to be at the mercy of your delivery driver.I got it from warehouse at half price, at £40? Maybe not, but it's still a fair price for what it is as the next step up from this would be catering prices.But as for the waffles, I'm impressed, it's not as hot as others which actually really works in its favour as you have time to spread out the batter before it starts to cook. Takes 7-8 mins for 4 waffles instead of the usual 6 for 2. 1 egg, 225g flour, 250g milk, 20 ml oil, 1 tbs sugar. Will make 5 waffles.

Don’t normally write reviews but felt I had to on this. What a load of rubbish! Don’t waste your time. Takes ages to warm up. Poured the mixture in. Took over 15 minutes for 1 waffle to cook. Had to keep opening the lid to check if it was cooked or not as there’s no indication as to when it is cooked.

I bought this wanting a waffle maker and found it had the interchangeable plates, which striked my interest. My partner has kept going on about a sandwich maker for ages but never bought one as it was single use (much like the reason I hadn't bought a waffle maker until now). Anyway, it arrived very well packaged and the plates pop out nice and easy, and when slotted in, fit nice and firmly with no movement.I've tonight put the grill plates to use and highly impressed. Clean up was easy. Cooking time was much faster than when I used to grill chicken on the hob. Plates truly are non stick and just overall very pleased with it.I chose Duronic as I have their steamed which I use all the time and it's fantastic.Time will tell as I use this more frequently and use the other plates but first use has surpassed my expectations given some of the comments.Very happy
