The first pictures and from 1 week ago vs today. And the second two are before and after of being on this for 2-3 weeks. Okay yall this is AMAZING!! I was looking at the reviews to make sure it would be worth buying, once I saw their progress I had to try it! I saw that the peach flavor and some others weren’t that good so I went with pink lemonade and it DID NOT DISAPPOINT! I mean wow taste just like pink lemonade. I will say when I opened it was hesitant because it smells disgusting. But once you put it in water and mix it it’s smells and taste just like pink lemonade.Now for results I have only had it like a week but call it placebo or whatever but I feel like my butt is looking rounder and more plump if you will. I do go to gym Monday - Saturday so I’m sure that helps. I will update this either once I finish the container or I see for real results! I also feel it’s helped me feel and look less bloated too.It is definitely worth it! It dissolves super easy I just use my straw to mix it up and I never have clumps. Overall it’s an AMAZING PRODUCT!!!

I had this powder before. And while I did my research on creatine I didn’t do enough. I had the peach flavor my first order and it was okay. This time around I ordered the pink lemonade and this one is sooo much better. It does taste like the country time but pink lemonade like a lot of ladies have said on here.So the first time around I took it for around a week and was getting headaches and stomachaches. I was getting painfully dehydrated. I just didn’t know what I was doing and again didn’t do my research. I’m now a bodybuilder and powerlifter with more knowledge. I couldn’t stop thinking about this stuff and decided to try again. I train my glutes three times a week and could really use the boost.So far so good no complaints here! Dissolves well and tastes pretty good. I will say it’s tart but that’s not a problem for me. Very happy, will order more.I had to come back and edit my review. MY GOODNESS! This stuff right here!I was not blessed with the large bum gene that runs in my family and thought I was eternally doomed to have a pancake back there. But then I was recommended this stuff by good ol Amazon. It hasn’t even been a full month yet and the difference is insane. This stuff, in conjunction with working my glutes 3x per week has caused ‘em insane results. I can’t help but look back there every time I pass a mirror. I’m still working on fat loss so I haven’t entered my bulking season yet and already my glutes are GROWING. I have the strawberry açaí for the inositol and that flavor is yummy, if anyone was considering it. The powder puts in the most work on my glutes but it helps support and grow ALL of my muscles. Again, I’m still in a deficit and I’m looking pretty jacked already thanks to this stuff. 10/10

This actually works!!!I been eating them like 30 something day's and I can see and feel the difference in my 🍑 and my energy. BUTTTT it tastes kinda bad, but is tolerable. I normally eat one than other gummy of my vitamins to make the taste more tolerable. I totally recommend and will buy again.

Easy to mix and has a nice sweet flavor that’s really refreshing for summer! I’ve been taking it post workout and notice I have more energy and ‘pump’ in my muscles when working out. I do seem to be holding more water weight, but I think that’s normal.

Tastes so good!! The pink lemonade flavor is delicious. Can’t speak on the results just yet, but the taste alone is worth a five star review!

I received my package in twos days and started the same day. I will post my results after a month and then two months but in the mean time I see so many reviews about the products being good and working well but why didn’t anyone tell me that the after taste is like LICKING THE BOTTOM OF MY ARMY BOOTS😩. The taste while driving is so great but the after taste is horrible.

Wow! I love this product! I have taken it for 3 workouts and I can already feel and see some change. During my workout I feel like I can keep going, longer than usual. Ive heard a lot about creatine benefits for men and women, and as someone who is an active gym user for years now, I've been eyeing this product for a while! heard a Mel Robbins podcast that explicitly listed all the benefits for women’s creatine supplements, and it convinced me to give this one a try. I caught it on sale, so the price was great, and reviews seemed good.It’s hard to know the effects, and research says that it takes about 3 weeks of consistent creatine intake to make effect on a woman’s body, but for now, just based off of flavor and texture, I’m giving a 3.5/5.> It tastes nothing like citrus or lemonade LOL. it tastes like a watery, powdery substance, with little to no flavor at all, but I was wanting unflavored, so it worked out for me fine. Very misleading though 🙈 even using an electric whisk, it was still grainy and I could feel it crunch when I swallowed, but overall, I’m used to supplements and enhancers, so I can choke it down easily.Definitely not what I expected, but I’m still interested to see if it works!!Updating soon.
