I really liked this product. It is well made and it fits me. Included in the package: 2 elastic/velco extenders for plus size; a square piece of cotton flannel and a nice washing bag. You apply the castor oil (sold separately) to the square cotton flannel. The flannel piece can be washed after 15-20 uses if needed. No heat is needed. I used Queen of the Thrones Organic Golden Castor Oil with this kit. You won't be disappointed.

I honestly can’t say enough good things about this castor oil wrap kit. I’ve been struggling with adenomyosis for years. The constant cramps, constant bloating, and that deep pelvic pain that never seemed to go away.The wrap itself is super soft and comfortable. After just a few consistent uses, I noticed a major decrease in inflammation and pain. It’s now a regular part of my self-care routine, and I genuinely feel like my body is finally getting a chance to heal. It also helps me relax at night and sleep more peacefully.

The quality of the pad itself is good. The material is good and I have had no leaks. After using it only a handful if times one of the buttons to hold the patch on broke off and the other is frayed. They need to add a bigger, sturdier buttons.
