For years I have avoided drinking tap water but since buying this I won’t be buying any more bottled water. This cost £50 and is worth every penny.

I bought this product and it's really working well as we are getting very hard water from tap.I have used this filter and the test of water is completely changed and it's more softer.Can be drink easily.However, the issue I have noticed that, the bottom storage of filter was full and , I have added more water in top storage in few minutes water started overflowing from bottom storage.Which is bit disappointing, now till the storage in bottom of filter is having space only you need to fill that much water in top storage pot.We have used Brita filter earlier and water never overflow from it.Only just because of capacity of brita was 8.2 LTRs and the one I bought now is 12.5 LTRs.Manufacturer should look in to this.

I distill my water after using a standard Brita filter. Distillation leaves the water acidic. This water ionizer/alkalising unit is absolutely amazing. The difference it makes to the water quality is extraordinary. Am absolutely delighted with it. What a Godsend as an option to the electrical units. Bravo to the manufacturers and the sellers. Massive thank you.

Having three filters helps filter water faster and they seem fairly cheap to replace. The spigot isnt well positioned which means it doesn’t allow the last bit of water to be drained. The flow on the spigot isn’t very quick which is a bit tedious but overall it does what it needs to. Having to take a star off because the spigot fitting is poorly designed.
