It’s strong but not overpowering, and I love that it’s made in the USA. Definitely my new go-to pain relief!

It's smelly, but feels wonderful! The roll on feature is very helpful to get the pain relieving liquid right where I need it. I have used for my sciatic nerve pain, and back pain, as well as when I tore my miniscus in my knee. It's also great for regular aches and pains. I have combined it with another product when I was having more excruciating pain. This is a great product, but I wish it were a bigger bottle with more product in it. I tend to go right through the amount that's in this too fast when I am in dire pain. Please make a larger size!!!

I use Rock Sauce Fire and was looking for something that lasted longer. Fire has 10% menthol, so 16% menthol is better. Right? You would think so but no. The roller is great. The liquid is thin. I shook it up, rolled it on and couldn’t feel anything but a slight cooling sensation on my hand. That is until I put on my gardening gloves and went outside to work and the heat finally showed up.I have nerve pain in my hands from arthritis and the heat is what I want to distract from the pain. The menthol is the delivery method to open the pores to let the heat in. I’m not impressed. You can only use it 4 times a day. When my hands hurt I want to be able to use it as much as I want. I’ll stick with Fire. I’m just glad I didn’t waste a lot of money.Update: I had pulled it out of the trash and put this on prior to writing my first review. A few hours later it really kicked in and continued to give me the distraction I was looking for. I think I might have gone outside and that’s what got it going. It’s now 102 outside and I just came in. My hand is hurting (CMC joint) and I rolled on the Cool & Heat, it started working right away. It helps if you’re already warm/hot. This will be great after a shower. I noticed yesterday it worked for several hours, so 4 times a day is more than enough for me. I upgraded from 1 to 4 stars because there needs to be a catalyst to get the product to work, anything that will open pores such as heat.

Great product, it works! The product leaks during travel when air pressured even with precautions. I would have given it five star otherwise

Rolls on great and don't get it to close to neck area as the mental burns the eyes. Good value for your money when it was $4.10. Now at 6.00 plus is to highGood luck to you all.

Got this product in lieu of my usual Biofreeze because the bursitis in my shoulder has been terrible lately and this has more numbing relief than other products. It was also a better price. I got what I paid for. I've used tiger balm, and Biofreeze my entire life for sports injuries (muscle aches, bursitis, etc) and never had an issue. I've used Icy Hot as well, and never had an issue with that either. After the first use of this off-brand stuff I had a horrible burning sensation. I thought it was normal but it got worse and worse. I took a cold shower and it felt like I had a 2nd degree sunburn. After I got out the shower my arm was super red over the area I applied this product to and the burning sensation did not go away for hours. 10/10 would not recommend to purchase. I went back to my tried and true Bio Freeze after I healed from the chemical burn, with no issues.
