This item was a great addition to our complete bathroom remodel. Easy to install and a very sleek look! The pressure and jets work perfectly and give a nice option for different users. I would highly recommend this product.

The original system did in fact get to me dead on arrival, that being said most companies can have a dud regardless of the manufacturer. After I was able to connect with support they quickly sent out a replacement unit that appeared to have been tested before it was sent to me and it worked flawlessly. The company went above and beyond to make sure they sent everything possible to make sure that I got the correct replacement part even though it seemed like it was just the thermostatic cartridge they took no chances which is something most companies would not do. I would avoid buying this around Chinese new year but other than that customer service was 10/10 and the product itself is 10/10. Hence my revised review. I would recommend this system to anyone else looking to level up their shower game!Now about the product, this thing cranks out water pressure the only issue with it is that I do not have a large enough hot water tank to hang out in the shower for a few hours enjoying the system. When you turn it on there is only a brief moment of cold water before it nearly immediately starts pushing the temperature that you have it set to. The only reason you’d adjust the temperature is if your hot water heater was running out or your body adjusted to the setting it was on. It’s fairly incredible that I can run all of the sprayers at once but I find that because of the wonderful pressure coming from the rain shower head that I often just use that and maybe the sprayer handle. If I had unlimited hot water I’d keep the sprayer jets on the entire time though.This is easily my favorite shower system, ever. My only regrets is when I replacement my hot water heater I didn’t spend more to get unlimited hot water but I think that’s just a difference between full water pressure enjoyment vs my older low flow system.

We bought this in August but just installed now. Love the sleek, modern design. The rain shower and handheld works great but the body jet button cartridge was defected. No water was coming out. Emailed the customer service, got a prompt response to send the replacement button cartridge to me. Very impressed with the customer service. Thank you Neve! I can’t wait to receive it to enjoy my shower system.

I'm genuinely blown away by the Bostingner Brushed Gold Shower System. For such a great price, you’re getting what feels like the best rain shower on the market. It's not just hype—it's a genuinely relaxing and serene start (or end) to your day. The variety of settings is a game-changer, with the on-off button system making it super easy to switch things up to suit your mood. We absolutely love it! The only caveat is its water usage—it's a bit thirsty. But with the indulgence it offers, it's a small trade-off for such an amazing shower experience.

It looks really nice. The only setback is there is no way to co troll the flow. Would have given it a 5 star.

Just Finished my two bathrooms. Both shower Leak. Terrible terrible terrible! Dont go with this brand

UPDATE - After an initially rocky experience, I am updating my review based on the vendors response. The vendor contacted me directly to apologize for the defective product, expedited replacement parts and refunded the costs. Based on the vendors dedication to make everything right, I would recommend them. While I can't guarantee every one of their products will be perfect, they do stand behind their products and work hard and honestly to resolve the issues.This shower unit requires a relatively complex installation process, so testing it prior to installation isn't a given. So it wasn't until all the lines were plumbed was it discovered that one of the three push-button water controls was defective. Sent a support request last week. No response.
