I purchased a large but maybe should have purchased medium. No real compression to these but they do what I needed them to do, which is protect my skin from the bulky leg/knee brace I have to wear.

Even though these were among the least expensive, they're comfortable, and they work as advertised. Initially, I ordered the wrong size, but the free and easy return policy made that easy to correct.

The media could not be loaded. Family member utilized these sleeves after having a knee surgery and these items were a LIFESAVER. These sleeves were applied as a base layer on the surgical leg which kept the surgical site free from friction from clothes and anything environmental. Likewise the quality was great, very thin to act like a cover/ sleeve (no, it was not intended to be used for compression which this item does not provide compression). The fit is a little difficult to math but we did need to use the overall circumference of his leg and do some math to calculate the correct size fit (it may have been divide by pi aka 3.14 and get the size closest or something like that). Once we completely got measurements and he wore it for his first PT session he continuously used it throughout all his recovery process. The elastic material inside kept it from falling and sliding down. If the seller would have better measurement instructions it would be 5 stars but doing math made it work out.

I need knee replacement but in the meantime I have to wear a brace. The straps on the brace were irritating my leg making it very uncomfortable, I got these and I can wear my brace all day without any discomfort. I highly recommend these if you have to wear a brace.

The sleeves work, but each sleeve is like it’s a different size. They all fit but they are inconsistent. Other than the fit it has kept my brace from damaging my leg.

After wearing my knee brace for a torn ACL, my skin was getting raw from the pads. These are great and I am able to wear the brace almost 24/7.

Not compression. Only tight on bottom and top from the elastic band.

Despite the website advertising not having a suitable size chart, I’m 6’1” 180ish and ordered the large. These fit well. They’re not a true compression sleeve, but the function as soft sleeve to afford some slight compression which is what I needed post surgery. For an under pants or sweats, or even shorts knee sleeve these work well. The length is from above the knee to almost the ankle, a good range of coverage. The company is responsive to questions, which is a plus. Overall, whether using by themselves or under a knee brace, I’d recommend, just watch the sizing.
