This mouse mat is so pretty and really good quality. Not as bright as the picture and unfortunately mine came with a mark on. Super unhappy about this but I don’t know how to contact the seller for a refund or replacement

Seller won’t accept cancellations or returns.
This was an accidental order. I wished to cancel ASAP, this was not accepted, fair enough. Now I have the item, I wish to return it, my returns wasn’t accepted either. Awkward company to purchase from. In my opinion, the mat is not worth the price.
