My favorite acoustic strings
You get the feel of coated strings without the cost - love their tone across the spectrum of strings. They last better than the coated ones I have tried.

Love these
These have super bright sound, are light weight, easy to bend and i have no regrets. It is funny but i have friends that say i should be using 12-53’s or 13-54-56’s, as if light strings are not macho. I find them durable and plenty loud when I need them to be. The price is right and the strings are great

Really nice sounding strings!
I decided to try these strings, out of curiosity. While the top string gauge sounded really heavy, they don't feel like it. I tuned my Martin 12 string down to D, for the added tension. While I won't use these all the time, I certainly recommend them. And, will keep a set or 2, laying about, just in case. The sound quality was shimmering, even after they'd been on my guitar a while. For the price, they are a sound buy.

Decent strings- read my review
I put these on a 1981 Japanese Epiphone PR755s. The guitar has simlilar construction to a Martin D35 and sounds very much like a Martin HD28. The guitar is an impeccable professional guitar for sure. Having said that, I put a set of these and liked them fairly well. I usually change strings every two weeks, but I didn't this time. So six weeks came to pass and they still sounded good. I had purchased an additional set, so I threw them on.To my surprise the new strings didn't sound a whole lot better than the six week old strings that were on there. In fact, could they have gotten better with age? I don't know, but in terms of maintaining initial sound quality these were better than any of the Elixirs I've tried over the years. I'm using Martin strings on my acoustics almost exclusively. These strings do have a *little* more give than standard strings but not all that much. I have to play my guitars back to back to feel the extra flex.

I Like These - Bright and Lively
First of all, they are noticeably brighter than the Martin SP's that I normally use, however, they sound really good (to me).Several months ago, I put a set on my 50+ year-old D12-28 to help reduce the tension/stress the extra strings put on the bridge and top. The specs indicate they should have about 7% less tension than 'normal' strings. Every little bit helps. I've been very happy with the way the new strings sound and play. I still get plenty of volume, and the highs, lows, and mids all sound good to me.So, a couple weeks ago, I put a set on a Martin DJr-10, a 7/8-size dread that has a 'woody', somewhat dark sound. I've always liked playing this guitar, but it can be too dark for some uses (when using the SPs or other strings). The Flexible Core strings have sweetened the sound, while still maintaining its cool 'woody' character. I like it so much, I now find myself choosing to play the DJr-10 more than my D-18. I will likely try a set of these strings on the D-18 too, even though it already sounds great.
