Great product for glucose and energy

These energy drink mixes are super tasty and great with pretty much any smoothie or just water. They dissolve very well and do not need too much mixing. I would recommend putting it in a blender with water and ice then enjoying it alone like that. The flavor is strong and can be taken along.Overall, for the price, these drink mix sticks are great! I would recommend.

I am an avid hiker and often use Liquid IV. This is a very good alternative for me because of the energy boost it provides. I down notice coming down from the boost which is often the case with other caffeinated products. As others have said it takes a bit longer to dissolve completely but what I do is mix it with warm water which breaks down the powder much faster then I add ice to my water bottle after everything has been mixed. Pleasant Berry flavor but I prefer my water additives to be stronger in flavor. Still a decent buy for what and how much you get.

I like the product but it’s hard to keep results.It helps improve metabolism and mood however once I stopped drinking it, my mood shifted a bit more negatively than what I it was before drinking it and my metabolism also changed. It works well but long term, I don’t recommend it.

I've been using Fitteam for years. This last package I ordered came with a very strong chemical smell. I haven't dared try a stick yet, but am truly hoping it hasn't affected the actual product. Also, these sticks seem to be sealed on the opposite end of every other package I have ordered.

I"m a big fan of electrolyte drinks such as Liquid IV and LMNT.I always take the opportunity to grab any item which is a competitor of these products so I can find cost effective alternatives. After trying this one I can say that the powder takes longer to completely dissolve than other drinks - it will remain gritty for a few minutes before completely dissolving. After dissolution it tastes great and feels good and hydrating but the caffeine is an issue for me as caffeine is a diuretic and not great for people who have a stent or heart issue.
