Purchased 2 of these. 1 for my engine hoist and 1 for my presses bottle jack. 100% recommend these as a must have!!!!

I don't usually do reviews often, but this part is actually a very good quality im usually pretty skeptical of Chinese machined parts since I used to be a machinist. If I went to run a lathe right now it would probably not come out this nice the surfaces are about mirror finish and the knurl is nice deep and consistent. I purchased the 3/8 one for my press and the fit was perfect slightly tight but I didnt have to install it with a hammer. 10/10 am going to recommend when my buddies upgrade their presses. Works flawlessly.

Great for a Harbor Freight 20 ton press. The 3/8 fit perfectly. I highly recommend. It was money well spent.

I purchased this to add onto my hydraulic press. I'm using a 20 ton pneumatic jack on a Harbor Freight press frame. It works well, but one annoying thing was always having to reach for the jack handle to release the pressure. I did a quick search and found this product on Amazon and decided to pull the trigger. It's well machined, fit perfectly and worked pretty well. I say pretty well because the jack I have has a pretty tight release valve, and it took a lot of effort to tighten it to the point where it was solid. I decided to remove it and put it into my milling machine, drill a pilot hole through the knob, and then drill two .290" holes to a depth of .350" on both sides of the knob following the pilot hole, and then tapped them with a 5/16-18 bottoming tap. I then made two pins out of some 5/16-18 bolts I had laying around, where I parted off the head, parted off the extra thread (I left about .375"), and then sanded/scotchbrited them. I then installed them into knob with some red Loctite. Now I can get a bit more torque to close the release valve without feeling like it's peeling the skin off my fingers. With or without the mod, it's a great addition, especially on a press application.

a little work with a belt sander and a rotary tool it fits Torin 20 ton jack, keep the jack side of the knob flat to the sander, do not take to muck off (use gloves the knob gets hot), when the pin almost goes on use a rotary a take a little of the ears near the hole of the knob jack side, the knob will fit over the pins, put in the set screw, done,

Fits Torin Big Red 20 ton air over hydraulic jack. The set screw is good and long, allowing you to cinch the knob down on the air release valve on the jack. Most folks simply 3D print a knob these days, but nothing lasts as long as metal. Plus, the knurling on the knob makes it easy to grip with greasy hands.You may have to file down the paint on the jack's air release knob. I did. It was glopped on so thickly that this knob wouldn't twist on fully. A few seconds with a file took care of it.
