Best for an Injured Wrist
I injured my wrist at the gym a few weeks ago. I believe it was the bench press that did it, but I'm not for sure. Initially, it was just a dull pain in my left wrist every once in a while, so I didn't think much of it, but it would never go away, so I had to head to the doctor. He recommended a brace, and here's what I tried:1) Mueller Green Fitted Wrist Brace, Black, Left Hand, Small/Medium2) Vive Carpal Tunnel Wrist Brace (Left or Right) - Arm Compression Hand Support Splint - for Men, Women, Kids, Bowling, Tendonitis, Arthritis, Athletic Pain, Sports, Golf - Universal Adjustable Fit3) ProCare Quick-Fit Wrist II - Universal, Left4) Rip Toned Wrist Wraps 18" Professional Grade with Thumb Loops - Wrist Support Braces for Men & Women - Weight Lifting, Xfit, Powerlifting, Strength Training5) NexSkin Elastic Compression Wrap (3” Wide, 1 Pack) with Hook and Loop Fasteners at Both Ends | Stretch Cotton Athletic Bandage Roll | Support & First Aid for Sports, Medical, and Injury RecoveryHere's what I found:1) The Mueller brace pressed into my thumb, cutting off circulation after a while, especially after typing. Also, it is a little short to provide enough support and not very padded.2) The Vive brace was better, but didn't provide compression and also tilted my hand at an angle a more downward angle than it would naturally be. It was less of a neutral position, and his led to some discomfort. It was also scratchy.3) The Procare brace was the best of the three and the one I chose to keep. It provides padded support, while keeping my wrist in a neutral position. The adjustable thumb loop is key. The only things I don't like are that most of the pressure falls to the lower left side of the wrist brace, causing an uneven amount of support, and it's a little bulky. It's what works the best, though!4) I was hoping the Rip Toned wrist braces would help me continue chest day, but it is less about recovery and more about maximizing your gains on the bench press. They provided support, but didn't stay supportive enough as they would slip off my wrists after one set. I didn't love it.5) I ended up buying this athletic, velcro bandage, which works the best of all I've found at the gym. Since it just a big bandage, it's customizable to your hand. It provides support, while being flexible enough to allow you to do your thing at the gym.I ended up keeping the Procare brace and the NexSkin Elastic Compression Wrap, which I'm using every day now.If you found this review helpful, please press the helpful button below! Works good but Wears out fast.
Works good, but wears out fast. Velcro does not work as good as clips, especially if you get it real tight.

Better than most!
This bandage, by far, is definitely one of the best I've ever used. I didn't think there would be so much difference, but there is. It's much, much softer, & if you've ever had to wear a bandage for even a week or 2, some of the regular ones can rub a sore spot very quickly. I especially noticed the difference, when I had this 1 in the wash & had to use the regular (newer) bandage in the interim. Well, I don't want to use those now, if I have this newer one, as it's so much softer & gentler, as well as I like the closures a bit better. So, now I'm back to buy 2 more of this one. In fact, I have a larger one of this exact same brand, as well, and it's the best one I've found for my knee. Even better than the pull up sleeves. It's so much more comfortable, & my knee is not as sore, after I have to walk around for a while. I think you'll like this. I know I do!
