I wasn’t planning to leave a review this quickly, but my experience has warranted it. I’m a terrible sleeper despite having a great mattress, adjustable base, and every other possible amenity. I recently woke up with some nasty neck pain which usually subsides after a night with a heating pad, but this time, it didn’t help. It was impeding my workout routine, so out of desperation, I sought out neck pillows. I had few expectations for this, and also read that it takes some getting used to, but just one night and the neck pain was gone. After just two nights I’ve already seen the length of my time asleep without waking during the night increase significantly and I’ve tossed my old pillow. I feel much more rested and focused during the day - could be a game changer! Customer service seems great, too - they offer an extra insert that may help the level of comfort one feels. I’m not sure if I can improve what I’m already experiencing, but it’s a nice dream!*Update* it’s now been about 3 weeks since I received this pillow and my review stands - I actually look forward to sleeping on it. I’m still not a great sleeper, but that’s on me. I continue to notice nights where I sleep at much longer intervals than I have for years - quality over quantity. I’ve received the extra insert, but haven’t given it a proper test run since the original way seems to have done the trick. If I had one do-over, it would be to get the slightly larger queen size.Update #2: I love this pillow! It’s now been over a year and I have zero regrets about this purchase. I’ve even given them as gifts to people that have had neck issues. One con from one of the recipients was that it was too thick - he likes a nearly flat pillow. I used to agree until I began using this. It cradles my neck beautifully. Although my sleep still isn’t great, I’ve no doubt it’s NOT the sole fault of a pillow. I hope I don’t jinx it, but I haven’t had neck pain since I started using this.

I couldn’t seem to get a good night’s sleep because pillows have been so uncomfortable over the past 8 years or so. I even went to the extent of buying one of every pillow offered by IKEA hoping to find the one that would make a difference for me, but none did. I sleep on my side, back, & stomach so I thought I’d try the Groye Adjustable Neck Pillow because of it’s versatility, and because it indicated it was a cooler material. (Sweating all night on memory foam is unpleasant!). After the first night with my new Groye pillow I realized I’d actually slept restfully. They said to try it for a couple weeks. I expected it to quickly become as uncomfortable as the other pillows I’d tried but I still love it. When I lay on my back, there’s a little elevated wing that sticks out on each side & my shoulders fit right under it. I don’t know why, but it just feels really comfy with that little shoulder hug. It’s very comfortable when sleeping on my side as well. In addition, the company explains how to remove a section if you need the pillow to be lower or to add a section if more height is needed. I’ve now purchased three Groye Adjustable Neck pillows so I can keep them in various rooms because I like them so much.

I gave it a good try for a couple of weeks wanting to love it, but it did not work for me. I would wake up in the night with a sweaty neck when I slept on my back. Trying to sleep on my side the pillow would smoosh my cheeks. Taking the insert out helped a little but still was not right and still hot. I ordered the Zamat adjustable pillow and used it last night. No sweating and it was the right support right out of the box. Although it looks similar, it is much better. So the Groye is going back today.Update:I changed my review to 4 stars due to the amazing customer service this company provided. I was very pleasantly surprised by their follow-up and their offer to make things right. Although the pillow did not work for me, I would not hesitate to recommend for others to try it and see for themselves. Very good company!

We purchased two of these and have been sleeping with them for about 6 weeks. I have recurrent neck pain from whiplash sustained years ago and my husband has been sleeping with his head too far forward and it has started to affect his posture. My neck hasn’t hurt since using this pillow, I mainly sleep on my side but sometimes my back and it is comfortable either way. I noticed yesterday that his posture has improved a bit - yay! Love the pillow case - smooth and cool to touch, warms up to body temp quickly. Just right! My husband uses a pillow case, I only use the one included. Wish we could buy extra pillow cases because these have to hang dry so I have to remember to wash it in the morning and turn a fan on it so it is dry by bedtime. That is my only complaint about this pillow that cradles your head like a cocoon! We just bought two more over Black Friday sale to keep in our RV.

Edit: The pillowcase is fraying and pilling while the pillow itself is losing structure and support. It kept getting softer and isn’t working well anymore. I’ll likely just have to toss it.At first, the pillow was stiff and caused some pain as I had to get adjusted to it and didn’t give it time to expand, but when I gave it time to expand and my neck to adjust, it now feels amazing and I use it every night. Neck pain has been considerably reduced

I like to write reviews because I read them before I purchase things so I wanted to leave a review on this pillow. I wasn’t too optimistic because I have spent hundreds of dollars on pillows people swear have worked but did not for me. I randomly picked this pillow when searching on Amazon and when I received it, it definitely was too thin without the extra insert but I had an insert from another pillow that I added and it’s been a game changer for me. Just the right amount of support and keeps my neck straight and shoulders down. I’ve slept on it for only two nights and its already have made a world of difference for my neck and shoulders and back. I wake up and I’m not sore or stiff. it makes the day so much better! I hope it helps others too.
