BEGOST Mini Indoor Temperature & Humidity Monitor Digital Hygrometer Thermometer with LCD Display, Alarm Clock for Home Living Room or Office Using

I recently moved from a fairly dry area to a very humid area. Humid to the point that my printer started jamming up, sheets of stamps were ruined by humidity, etc. I purchased this humidity monitor to see how high the humidity is in my office, to determine whether I needed to purchase a de-humidifier. It turns out I do, since the humidity in my office is over 50% continually.I love the large round design of this monitor, and that it is magnetic. It is so convenient to just stick it to my filling cabinet, or other metal items.I also love that it is so easy to set the time on this. The instructions are clear and easy to understand. Being an older person, this is very important to me. As the photo shows, you can tell the time, temperature and humidity at a glance. I don't use the other functions of this, so I can't say how well they work, but for what I bought it for, it works great. When you move it from one room to another, it takes it a little while to change to the new humidity reading, but I think this is normal.This is a great monitor to have in any home. Humidity readings are of prime importance in areas where you have a lot of electronics or computer equipment as high humidity will cause them to malfunction and eventually stop working altogether.I highly recommend this monitor for every office and home! I am very happy with my purchase.

I bought 3 for a multilevel home as the temperature and humidity can be different on each level. I placed them side-by-side when I first received them and there was a 1 degree difference so I'm fine with these results.I didn't have the patience to figure out the clock setting but I don't need that feature.The beep when you touch the screen is loud, similar to when you hear a beep from testing a smoke detector. The beep is not constant, thank goodness. It only beeps as you are changing a setting (1 beep per touch).

I do not recommend this item. It fails in its stated purpose of measuring the temperature and humidity by a difference of far greater than + or - 1 degree. It is wildly inaccurate by at least 7 - 10 degrees in temperature and 10 degrees humidity; comparing side to side with a similar device already in use. One star, however, for its accurate clock.

Cannot beat them for the price! I bought 2 and they are really working well. I actually bought them because of the magnet on the back :-). I would have given 5 stars except for the annoyingly loud beep in makes when setting it up.

This is useful for a room thermometer and clock - the large numbers make it easy to read. My frustration is that there is no way to clear the alarm set so you can't turn it off.

Did not last long about 3 months new batteries put in nothjing but an erratic display.
