Yep- I already ordered my second bottle!!! Needless to say, I enjoy my cheat meals. I have tried carb blockers before, but they bothered my stomach. When I took them, it was usually after the 60 minutes. I had a difficult remembering, so I like that alpha slim directs you to take within 10 minutes. Now that I can remember. I was a bit skeptical of these; however, i'm genuinely impressed. It's not a magic pill, but it seems to help curb my appetite and keep me mentally focused on my carb intake. I can take a pill 10 minutes before eating a cheat meal and I quickly find myself in the restroom shortly after (TMI but it's an important aspect of this product.) i'm just assuming this helps move the excessive carbs through my system rather than being absorbed and stored as fat.
